EXTREMELY Belated Happy New Years

Humble apologies for the sudden death of the Deidara FanClub. I started this club because I hated it when things like this happened. I'm terribly sorry! m(. .)m There is no excuse!

We have a rainbow of new members that either just got accepted or rejected, depending on if they followed the rules or not! Thank you for joining, and being patient (or impatient)!

Unfortunately the previous contest went down the tubes, due to my neglegence. And I apologize to the contestants!


However! At one point in time in this 2008, each Contestant will receive a prize so that their effort (or lack there of) is not in vain. Each contestant please note me, or I'll note you when I get the time. HAHAHA.

You will receive your prize, even if it kills me >8) RESOLUTION.

SO I THINK WE'VE GATHERED ENOUGH MEMBERS FOR AN EFFICIENT [MEMBERS ONLY] CONTEST, YES? WITH A MEDIOCRE PRIZE MADE BY YOURS TRULY? ''''

NOTE: THIS CONTEST WON'T BE JUST AN ART CONTESET

Because everybody needs time to make Halloween pictures, and we couldn't be bothered to start it in September [Sorry!!;;] How about a Remembrance Day kind of contest? Not a holiday, of course. Does this sound just outright rude and disrespectful?

Remembrance Day is the reserved day of November 11th to recall and acknowledge the end of World War I on that day of 1918.

Though clearly nobody in the Naruto-verse has participated in the World Wars of our little universe, I'm quite sure they have their own day of remembering the lost souls of the millions and millions of lost Shinobi in the many wars. And we can be quite sure Deidara's had to experience the loss of a comrade [sometime between childhood and becoming a terrorist for hire].

Thusly, we'd like to hold the Remembrance Day Deidara-fc Contest!

Rules:
How many wins are there?
For each Category there will be a first, second and third prize.

What kind of Media is this Contest?
I've selected four popular types of media, because FanArt is sometimes overrated. Not everybody can draw. The following are Acceptable:

- Fan Art
- Fan Fiction
- Cosplay
- Ceramics (CLAY. C'MON PPL OAO)

YES. THIS DOES MEAN POTENTIALLY SIXTEEN PRIZES [God help me]

If of those four, there is a certain section lacks in entries, depending on the entry [And if honorable club Admin can get of its lazy ***] there may be a potential win-by-default.

What must be included in the contest entry?
The theme is Remembrance Day. So we'd appreciate it if the theme is associated into the picture. No hints, you're doin' this on your own buddies (but a cosplay for this would be awesome *WINK. WINK*.

And... Uh. Deidara. Please, by all means, add SAI or HINATA for all we care in the picture. Just PLEASE put the poor man in! XD

OK. SO NOW THAT WE'RE QUITE SURE WE'VE GOT THE CLUB WELL ESTABLISHED [God help me] AND WE HAVE FIFTY MEMBERS......

HOW ABOUTS WE TRY FOR A CONTEST? DD8

Let me clear up something first though. You're probably wondering why submitting art hasn't been allowed or elsethings. Well, your beloved admin is kind of doing their best to keep this club updated as best as possible, and is failing miserably, even without excess in notes... A contest would be a bit easier >w>;;;;; Less saving and submitting effort kukuku...

So show of hands [cause we don't have a subscription lol] who would actually, genuinely, with every fibre of their being, join this contest? I mean for sure. Don't want any maybes because that does us no good XD

We'll try to keep you posted >w>;;;

Due to external interferences, the Deidara Fan Club won't always be able to update itself with new information, contests or journals in regards of the character, except on weekends [even so, such things will be scarce]

However the Club is, indeed under surveillance every day. Due to sleep deprivation, the maximum amount of time it will take for your joining to be processed will be six hours. Should your post be ignored/unresponded to for the span of 48 hours, do not be hesitant to send another note. Do not send a note before said amount of time, it becomes troublesome.

Submitting artwork to this club will be set up over the weekend, so be patient. Don't send any yet ! It's only a matter of time!
